- Match candidates with open positions at roofing companies that engage us;
- Communicate with candidates and employers about open or potential roles;
- Provide, maintain, and improve our recruiting services;
- Send service-related and marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing at any time);

4. How We Share Information
We share personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- With prospective employers: we share candidate profile information with employer clients only when relevant to a specific open role and only with the candidate's express permission.
- With service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate (e.g., email, hosting, applicant tracking software) under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain candidate information for as long as it is reasonably useful for matching purposes, typically up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which we will either delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights

Ready Reps sources, screens, and presents sales candidates to employer clients in the roofing industry. Specific terms of any recruiting engagement — including placement fees, replacement guarantees, exclusivity, and other commercial terms — are set out in a separate written agreement between Ready Reps and each employer client. These Terms do not by themselves create any such commercial agreement.
3. For Employer Clients
Recruiting services for employers are governed by a separate written agreement. Engagements typically include a placement fee structure and a 90-day replacement guarantee, but exact terms vary by engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; binding terms exist only in a signed agreement.
4. For Candidates
Our recruiting services are free for sales candidates. By submitting your information, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are legally authorized to work in the United States (or in the location of any role you apply to), and that you consent to Ready Reps contacting you about potential roles. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
Ready Reps does not guarantee that any candidate will be placed in a role, interviewed, or hired. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. You will not submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt the website, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the Services in violation of any applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Ready Reps" name and brand — is the property of Ready Reps LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
